Welcome to my journey in the world of real estate, where passion meets dedication. I'm Harman Johal, a Realtor with Royal LePage, deeply rooted in a family tradition of construction and property development spanning three generations. From a very young age, this rich heritage has imbued me with a profound understanding and respect for the real estate industry.

My academic journey began at Southpointe Academy, where I developed the foundational skills that fueled my passion for real estate and construction. I furthered my education at the University of British Columbia, engaging deeply in the fields of Economics and Computer Science, which now inform my analytical approach to real estate markets. Committed to continuous growth, I am actively pursuing a Diploma in Urban Land Economics at UBC’s Sauder School of Business. This commitment extends to my professional development through various Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses related to construction, project management, and real estate trading services. These educational endeavours are a testament to my dedication to staying at the forefront of industry knowledge and practice, ensuring that I bring the most current and effective strategies to my clients.

My professional path began with hands-on roles at Golden Age Construction, where I started as a general labourer and rose to the position of Construction Manager. This experience laid a solid foundation for my skills in managing complex projects and understanding the nuances of building homes that are not just structures but sanctuaries for families. Since 2018, I have been proudly associated with Royal LePage in Surrey, specializing in a wide range of real estate services, from residential sales to large-scale land developments and commercial property investments.

My career is characterized by a series of ambitious projects that include transforming single-family lots into luxurious duplexes and townhomes and constructing sophisticated homes equipped with modern amenities like smart home technologies and private cinemas. My work spans across Vancouver, Delta, Surrey, Langley, and Maple Ridge, with project values ranging up to 20.5 million dollars in Project value (as of 2018). These endeavours reflect my commitment to excellence and passion for creating spaces that enhance people’s lives.

In the realm of transactions, I have managed and closed deals on a variety of properties, from warehouses to sprawling mixed-use developments. Each transaction focuses on delivering value and strategic advantage to my clients, showcasing my ability to navigate complex deals with precision and expertise.

Outside of my professional life, I am an avid traveller who loves exploring new cultures and cuisines. I enjoy playing golf and tennis, finding them a great way to unwind and challenge myself in new ways. Video games occasionally find their way into my leisure time, offering a fun escape and a way to engage with friends and family. Speaking of family, spending quality time with my wife and loved ones is my favourite way to recharge. We often take long drives to enjoy scenic views or plan beach vacations to relax and create lasting memories.
